Hello HomEaze! This post will be a little different from the usual tech reviews we post here, but over the New Year, we’ve had some time to reflect and wanted to share our thoughts and feelings.
Upon thinking about the real reason for starting Hello HomEaze, I realized the ultimate reason was for the mundane things of family life, like doing laundry, writing meal plans, grocery lists, school preparation, learning, and making plans, which often take over and can easily distract from living in the moment and recording our personal stories. I looked around and realised that while all the tech things are important, the number one priority for us is to focus on the special learning moments and memories for our family.
We feel that in order for children and families to truly appreciate where they come from and what they have today, they need to know the stories and history of the people around them. Often, families turn to grandparents to share stories of their childhood, but are often left scrambling to record these stories before the grandparents pass away. We want to change that and give our followers ideas on how to record their own personal history and stories, which are just as important.
If a smart home device, a new tech gadget, or cleaning product can help you have more time to spend on the important things, we will be there to tell you about it!
Hello HomEaze will continue sharing things that make home life a bit easier and more enjoyable, but now with a focus on recording your personal stories. Our ultimate goal is to help families have the time to record their stories and pass them on to their children, while also having time to actually create the memories that make up our family history, rather than spending that time on cleaning, cooking, or laundry.
